With throngs of visitors, outfitters and component manufacturers from as far away as Missoula, MT, Seattle, WA, and Denver, CO, Sunday of the Adventure Van Expo kicked off another picture-perfect day to explore what was on offer.
Food vendors handled the hunger with gourmet offerings while SJC Rotarians served up beer and wine to the thirsty.
There was a solution to just about whatever problem any van owner could imagine. From brewing your morning coffee, new solutions for treating water, portable showers and devices for mounting equipment, supplies and spares, there were solutions.
Unlike Motorhomes and RVs that are best suited for places with power, water and pump-out services, adventure vans are designed for rugged excursions and living off-grid. There was even a booth that had military-grade first-aid kits.
