A friend sent this chart that shows the dramatic effect of Rotary's Polio Plus project on the world. The only thing preventing the final efforts lies in the areas of the world where the efforts are blocked. We truly are "This Close" to total success.

Southeast Asia Region was certified polio free in 2014 not 2017
The European Region was in 2002 not 2003
Western Pacific was 2000 not 2001
Americas was 1994 not 1995
