Rotary District 5320 recently named San Juan Capistrano Rotary as the best club in the District. Our district, comprising 47 Rotary clubs, encompasses all of Orange County and some of Los Angeles county. It extends from Long Beach and Lakewood in the north to San Clemente in the south, and inland to Brea and Fullerton.
District Governor Cisca Stellhorn explained why she chose San Juan Capistrano: "The best club supports Rotary’s areas of focus, The Rotary Foundation, the four-way test and our motto of "Service Above Self." It is a club that overall supports peace in the world. A lot of clubs do that. I wanted a club that goes above and beyond."
Everything that the San Juan Capistrano Club does in the community promotes peace in our world.
